In my Opinion, this all depends if you want to intentionally hurt the person you are with, but harmless flirting is no big deal everyone does it regardless if they are with someone or not......but when your guy friend isn't around you can do what you want so it depends how far you want to take it with some random guy. http://go-get-guys.com/
